CANCELLATION POLICY

If a participant cancels before May 20th at 12:00 p.m., they will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee. If a player cancels after May 20th at 12:00pm, no refund will be given for any reason.  

The UGA reserves the right to cancel the event on or before May 20th if the participant limit is not met. We recommend booking refundable travel/hotels if booking before May 20th.
