Pebble Beach Golf Resort

Join us at Pebble Beach Golf Resort for a truly remarkable golf experience, including the No. 1 public course in the country. This trip covers three days, three nights, three rounds of golf, and a group reception. 

 

Registration Opens: Monday, April 7, 2025 at 10:00 am

Registration Closes: Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 5:00 pm

Due to the popularity of the 2025 Pebble Beach trip, registration will be handled using a lottery system.  All members may register for the trip through Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 5:00 pm.  If over 40 golfers have registered, a lottery will be used to determine the trip participants.

• The lottery will be randomized, and 40 players selected from the lottery.  Those not selected will be placed in a randomized order on the waitlist.
• Entries will be considered "pending" until the field is selected, at which time if you are selected your card will be charged for the deposit.
• Those on the waitlist will not be charged until they are notified that they have been selected from the waitlist.

 

PRICING 

• Single occupancy (one golfer) - $4,465 per person
• Double occupancy (two golfers) - $6,256 for two, or $3,128 per person
• Non-golfers traveling with a single golfer are included in the single occupancy rate and do not need to pay anything additional.
• A $500 per person deposit is due when a player is selected off the waitlist. The remaining balance will be due by May 30.
• Additional nights are available at a rate of $805++.

MEALS

A group reception will be held following the first round. All other meals should be arranged at your own expense.

 

 

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Participants are responsible for their own transportation.

Suggested airports are Monterey Regional, San Jose, or San Francisco.

CANCELLATIONS

To withdraw for any reason, a player must notify the VSGA at cjones@vsga.org or by calling (804)-378-2300.

 

Refund Policy:

• Deposits are fully refundable prior to the remaining balance due date (May 30)
• Cancellations after the remaining balance due date (May 30) are refundable only if your spot is filled by another person.
