Season Event Requirement

Any player who doesn't play in a minimum of 25% of the events will lose their standing tee time spot (if applicable to player) and will pay a NEW MEMBER membership fee for the following season.

Any player requesting a medical exemption from the above policy must submit a letter and all documentation to the Board within 2 weeks of the injury.

CWGT Alcohol Policy

Members are not allowed to bring their own alcohol to clubs who have an alcohol beverage license.  Members can purchase from the host club and bring them on the course if they choose.  Members who do not adhere to these guidelines will be suspended.

Any Amateur player registering for the 2025/2026 season ​must provide ​an active USGA GHIN Number to register​. You must have a Handicap Index to participate in the Caliendo Winter Golf Tour.

Handicap Committee - The Committee is comprised of at least 3 PGA members of the board. The committee will review players handicap indexes on a regular basis and make adjustments they deem necessary.

WEEKLY ENTRY FEES for 2025/2026 Events

Weekly event fields will be capped at 120 players.

Professionals - $85 includes entry fee in Open Division (GROSS scoring), Open skins, and Closest to the Pin

Amateurs - $60 includes entry fee in Amateur Gross and the Net Division and Closest to the Pin

Seniors (60 & above) - $60 includes entry fee in Senior Gross and the Net Division and Closest to the Pin

We will have ONE NET DIVISION for all golfers for the 2025/2026 season.

CLOSEST TO THE PIN (Included in Entry Fee for 2025/2026 season)

Every event will have closest to the pin contests on ALL Par Threes.
The closest to the pin pot will be divided equally among the Par Threes.

Each closest to the pin contest will award the person who is closest to the pin.

OPEN DIVISION - AMATEUR PARTICIPATION 

ANY AMATEUR may pay an additional $40 entry fee to also compete in the OPEN DIVISION in weekly events. All winnings for AMATEURS in the OPEN DIVISION will be paid out at the end of the season in one gift card to the players choice of pro shops from a list that will be provided by the Caliendo Winter Golf Tour.

An amateur must participate in OPEN DIVISION during the regular season in a minimum of 51% of the events the Amateur plays in during the regular season in order to play in the OPEN DIVISION in the 25/26 CWGT CHAMPIONSHIP.

AMATEUR PARTICIPATION FOR THOSE 60 & OVER

ANY AMATEUR age 60 & over may pay an additional $20 entry fee to also compete in the Senior Gross Division in weekly events. EXAMPLE - Player A who is 64 yo can register for an event for $80($60 + $20) and play in both the Amateur Gross, Senior Gross and Net Divisions. 

The player can not win both gross and net in the same division but may win in different divisions such as Amateur Net and Senior Gross.

An Amateur wishing to play in BOTH the Amateur and Senior Divisions will register for the AMATEUR DIVISION and then choose SENIOR GROSS DIVISION as an add on.

OPTIONAL WEEKLY  FEES for 2025/2026 Events

OPEN SKINS - $10.00

AMATEUR SKINS - $5.00

SENIOR SKINS (60 & above) - $5.00

Registration Schedule for Weekly Events(Thursday Events)

(Registration Schedule for any event held on a day other than a Thursday will be announced prior to that event registration.)

*Registration will open on the SUNDAY prior to the event at 7:00 AM via Golf Genius to members on the 2025/2026 tee sheet/standing tee times (Invitation List).

*Registration will open for all other members on the SUNDAY prior to the event at 7:00 PM.

*Registration will close at 7:00 PM on the MONDAY prior to the event for all members.

*Tee times will be available on Golf Genius no later than 9AM the day before the event.

2025/2026 Caliendo Winter Golf Tour (CWGT) Refund Policy

All withdrawals must be submitted via email to cwgolftour@gmail.com.

Phone calls, text messages, or voicemails will NOT be accepted.

Withdrawal prior to the close of entries

*Any player withdrawing will be automatically refunded their entry fee minus a $5.00 administrative fee.

The player must withdraw via GolfGenius.

Withdrawal after the close of entries

*The player must email CWGT Tournament Administrator, Mark McCabe, to withdraw. A player can't withdraw via Golf Genius after the close of registration. The player will be refunded their entry fee minus a $10.00 administrative fee. 

Withdrawal after 5:00 PM the day prior to the event

*The player must email CWGT Tournament Administrator, Mark McCabe, to withdraw. The player will be refunded their entry fee minus a $10.00 administrative fee if their spot in the field is filled with another player otherwise the player will not receive a refund. Withdrawals will be filled in the order they are received. A No Show will not receive a refund.
