Announcements for Round #1

 

 

We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!  Please see the announcements below:

When you arrive

As you enter the front door to the clubhouse, please check in in our dining room located to your left.  There you will pick up your tee gift as well as enter the optional skins game ($40 per team per day, $80 total) if you had not previously paid with your online entry. 

You can also rent riding carts (optional - $18 per person) if you choose to ride at the golf shop counter. 

We will have printed rules and pin placement sheets available at check-in. 

At the first tee, we will be announcing the group on the tee and the group ‘on deck’.  Please report to the first tee when you hear your group’s tee time ‘on deck’ for final announcements. 

After play

Please return your scorecards to the covered patio at the back of the building after the completion of play.  Tee times for Round #2 will be emailed and available on our website at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Driving Range

Range balls are complimentary and will be located at the driving range prior to play.  PLEASE NOTE:  our range is only 215 yards long, and for the safety of golfers on the course, we mandate that balls not be hit over the fence.  For some of you, that means nothing more than a 7-iron…lol.    

Zigfield Troy Golf Course and Driving Range is located right next door to Village Greens and have agreed to open at 6:45 a.m. for teams that need to hit the big stick prior to play.  Regular charges apply. 

Weather

The weather for this weekend looks good.  We anticipate no weather related issues this year.    

Greens Fees / Riding Carts

Greens fees are included in your entry.  Riding carts are optional and extra.   

Food

Food and beverages are available to purchase on Saturday.  On Sunday, each golfer we will receive a complimentary meal ticket with beverages to use from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  

Final Payments

Some groups have final balances to pay prior to teeing off.  We will have a final list of payments due in the golf shop tomorrow morning.
