CHECK-IN BEFORE EACH SHIFT
When you arrive at St. George's, please check-in at the player registration tent (location TBA). Here you will review your assignment, go over any questions you have, and make sure you have any supplies you'll need.

COMMUNICATIONS
The NYSGA will send daily reminders and important updates (including about the weather) to all volunteers via email and text.

UNIFORM

St. George G&CC volunteers are provided with the following gear, which can be picked up at the NYSGA registration table or at the volunteer training presentation: NYSGA shirt, hat, and name badge/lanyard.

Saturday, July 12

  • 4:00-4:45pm.................Club Volunteer Presentation and Q&A

Sunday, July 13

  • 1:00-6:00pm.................Player Registration
  • 2:30-3:48pm.................Practice Rounds

Monday, July 14

  • 6:00am..........................Practice facility opens
  • 6:00am..........................Registration opens
  • 7:00-10:36am...............Round 1 from tee #1
  • 11:30-3:30pm...............Player/volunteer lunch
  • 12:30-2:30 pm..............Round 2 from tee #1 (amateur only)
  • Cut after 36 holes (amateur field) to low 30 + ties

Tuesday, July 15

  • 6:00am..........................Practice facility opens
  • 6:00am..........................Registration opens
  • 7:00-9:36am.................Round 2 (mid-amateur), Round 3 (amateur) from tee #1
  • 11:30-3:00pm...............Player/volunteer lunch
  • 1:00pm........................ Awards ceremony (mid-amateur)
  • 3:30pm........................ Awards ceremony (amateur)
