UNIFORM
It is preferred that Yahnundasis Volunteers wear a white or blue NYSGA logo shirt, championship logo hat, and khaki color pants/shorts. All volunteers will receive an identifying badge from the NYSGA when you check-in for your first shift.
CHECK-IN BEFORE EACH SHIFT
When you arrive at Yahnundasis, please check-in at the NYSGA tent dedicated for volunteers - location is TBD (but will be included here once confirmed). Here you will confirm your assignment, receive any required materials, and be driven to your assignments - if volunteering as a spotter.
COMMUNICATIONS
The NYSGA will send daily reminders and important updates (including about the weather) to all volunteers via email and text.
