UNIFORM
It is preferred that McGregor Volunteers wear a white (or light colored) shirt, dark hat, and khaki color pants/shorts. All volunteers will receive a identifying name badge from the NYSGA when you check-in for your first shift.

CHECK-IN BEFORE EACH SHIFT
When you arrive at McGregor, please check-in at the NYSGA tent located (TBD). Here you will confirm your assignment, receive any required materials, and be driven to your assignments - if volunteering as a spotter.

COMMUNICATIONS
The NYSGA will send daily reminders and important updates (including about the weather) to all volunteers via email and text.

CHECK-IN AT REGISTRATION
Be sure to check-in before your shift at player/volunteer registration by the pro shop. Spotters will be driven to their hole assignments.
