Thank your for your support of the 2025 NYS Boys' & Girl's 18U Junior Amateur Championship, we are excited to make history with an incredible team this week at McGregor Links Country Club. We've created this website to be an additional resource as you prepare for your time in Saratoga.

RULES MEETING
There is a mandatory Rules Meeting for all NYSGA volunteers on Monday, June 30 (site/time TBA). This meeting will include a short presentation reviewing important procedures and Rules related topics specific to McGregor Links. If you are unable to attend in person, an option to watch live will be provided via ZOOM. Click here for more information.

CHECK-IN AT REGISTRATION
Be sure to check-in before your shift at player/volunteer registration tent by the pro shop. Here you will pickup your volunteer packet, radio, and golf cart.
UNIFORM
NYSGA golf shirt (blue or white Donald Ross) and hat (blue or white Imperial), and khaki style shorts or pants. Please contact Deb Spilman if you need any uniform items.
LUNCH AND HYDRATION
Please enjoy lunch at McGregor Links during the times outlined in the schedule below. You should have 45-60 minutes between the last morning and first afternoon group to take a break at the clubhouse. We encourage you to bring a small cooler to keep bottles of water cool to ensure you stay hydrated.
MCGREGOR LINKS VOLUNTEERS
We are fortunate to have club volunteers assisting each shift (AM/PM) with spotting on the golf course. Be sure to introduce yourself to volunteers on the holes you've been assigned and help with any questions and/or concerns.
EVACUATION PLAN
In the case dangerous weather, please review the evacuation plan and keep the radio clear so staff can manage the situation without interruption.
MEDICAL
Medical supplies are available in the championship office and in the medical kits carried by rovers.
