Entry Fee: $85 for an individual, $56 per person for Bring a Friend promo.

Entries Open: 08/11/2025 at 10:00am

Entries Close: 09/23/2025 at 5:00pm

 

Eligibility:

  • Participants can sign up with a maximum of three other golfers to create a foursome.
  • Participants can also sign up as an individual and will be paired with three other golfers.

 

Entry Procedures: 

Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline.

 

Field: 

Entries will be on a first come, first served basis. After the field is full a waitlist will automatically start.

  

Format:

  • One 9-hole round of golf.
  • Optional Stableford Competition

 

Caddies & Automotive Transportation:

Carts are included in the entry fee. 

 

Starting Time: 

Tee times from 3:30-4:30 PM

 

Mass Golf Policies & Procedures:

Please refer to Policies & Procedures and Pace of Play Policy. 

 

Food & Beverage: 

Each player (21+) will receive a drink ticket. The Crossing 9s will have also additional snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available for purchase. 

 

Scorecards: Paper scorecards will be provided to all participants for the player’s own notes.

 

Practice Areas: The practice area will be accessible before play.

 

Pace of Play:  Pace for this round is 2 hours. Please ensure that you are keeping within a hole of the group in front of you

 

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located in the clubhouse.

  

Withdrawal & Refund Policy:

Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf staff contact for the event (listed on each event page) or the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone. 

  • At least seven days prior to the event
    • entry fee minus a $20 administrative fee will be refunded
  • Less than seven days and at least 48 hours prior to the event
    • 50% of entry fee will be refunded
  • Within 48 hours of the event
    • no refunds will be processed
