Welcome to the Hardin Junior Championship

The STLDGA Boy's Championship was first played in 1922.  In 1977, it became known as the Hord Hardin Junior Boy's Championship.  Hord Hardin, a native St. Louisan, was president of the USGA, then Chairman of the Masters Tournament from 1980 to 1991. Champions of this event include Jay Haas and Adam Long (currently competing on the Web.com tour.)

This Championship is a two day Stroke Play event with Juniors competing in their own age division. Players not reaching age 19 by June 4 are permitted to participate.  The entry fee is $60/player.  Entry fee includes Hot Dog reception following Monday afternoon's shotgun start.

The age divisions are:

16-18

14-15

12-13

11 & Under-This division plays 9 holes per day.

This year's tournament will be held at Westborough Country Club.  Players will be allowed a practice round on a space available basis.  11& Under will play the Front Nine each day.
