Practice Round: A practice round is available by contacting the golf shop and introducing yourself as a competitor in the field. There will be a manditory cart fee of $25 per player. The course will not be available for practice rounds on Monday, June 26, but available Sunday June 25 in the afternoon.

Withdrawals: Please advise the NEGA office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the NEGA office may disqualify the player from future NEGA competitions. If there is a need to call the office after the close of business on Monday, June 26, please call Laura Nochta at (513) 800-7948.
Format: 18 holes, stroke play
Qualifying Spots Available: Top 21 qualifiers and ties
Caddies/Automotive Transportation: The use of golf carts is permitted during the qualifying round and included in the players entry fee. Caddies are allowed to ride in the cart, but players should note that there are 2 carts available per group, thus allowing 4 seats per group. The use of push carts is also allowed.
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Starting Times: Play will begin off #1 at 7:30 am.
Competition Tees/Yardage: The competition will be played from the BLACK tees (Approx. 6,100 yards; par 69).
Golf Shop and Practice Facilities: The golf shop and practice putting green will be available at 6:30am. Agawam Hunt Club does not have a driving range available for all competitors to warm up. Players are encouraged to find additional options that morning.
Food and Beverage: The restaurant will be available for the day of competition starting at 11:00 am. Please note that CASH ONLY will be accepted.
