Practice Round: To schedule a practice round call the golf shop and identify yourself as a player in the qualifier. Practice rounds are available anytime 2 weeks leading up to the event, based on availability. Note: weekend practice rounds are available only in the afternoon. A cart fee of $25/player will be charged.

Withdrawals:  Please advise the NEGA office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the NEGA office may disqualify the player from future NEGA competitions. If there is a need to call the office after the close of business on Sunday, August 27th please call Laura Nochta at (513) 800-7948.

 

Format: 18 holes, stroke play

 

Qualifying Spots Available: Top 9 players and ties will advance to the Championship Proper at Wethersfield CC (CT) September 12-13.

 

Caddies/Automotive Transportation: The use of golf carts is permitted during the qualifying round and included in the players entry fee. Caddies are allowed to ride in the cart, but players should note that there are 2 carts available per group, thus allowing 4 seats per group. The use of push carts is also allowed.

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

                                                                                                                     

Starting Times: Play will begin off #1 8:00 am.

 

Competition Tees/Yardage: The competition will be played from the BLUE tee (Approx. 6,200 yards; par 70).

 

Golf Shop and Practice Facilities:  The golf shop and practice facilities will be available at 7:00 am the day of competition. 

 

Food and Beverage: The restaurant will be available for the day of competition starting at 11:00 am. Cash and credit will both be accepted.
