Welcome to the 35th PNGA Men's Mid-Amateur Championship

 

CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS

Date: September 10-12, 2019

 

Location: The Home Course | DuPont, Wash.

 

Player Lodging

 

Eligibility: Entries are open to amateur golfers who: a) are members in good standing of a PNGA member club; b) meet the age requirements; and c) have a USGA Handicap Index or Golf Canada Handicap Factor not exceeding 8.4 at the time of entry.

 

Age: Entrants must be 25 years of age or older by September 10, 2019.

 

Format: 54-hole Stroke Play Competition (Gross Only).

*New in 2019 - there will not be a cut! All players will play 54-holes

Handicap Limit: 8.4

Field Limit: 90 (Field fill method: Exempt players followed by order of entry receipt)

Entry Fee: $200 (U.S. Funds)


Cart Fee: $54 (U.S. Funds) per rider. Includes all three rounds and must be paid during registration. Spectator carts will not be permitted. 

Entry Deadline: August 26, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. (PDT) 

 

Caddies: A player may provide his own caddie. Host club caddies will not be available.

Entry Includes: Three rounds of championship play, one hosted practice round, warm up range balls, tee prize, lunch following round two play, Kusak crystal awards for top-finishers and a merchandise payout ($3,500 based on a full field).

Exemptions:

 

  • Champion earns an exemption into the 36th PNGA Mid-Amateur Championship to be played in September of 2020.

  • Champion earns an exemption into the 26th Sahalee Players Championship to be played in July of 2020.
