Cart / Caddies (Rates subject to change)

Carts & range fees are included in your entry fee for all four rounds.  No. 2 and No. 4 are cart path only at all times.  No. 10 players can carry their own bag, use a push cart (Available on a first-come, first-served basis) or take a caddie.  Caddies or forecaddies may be requested for any round.  Caddie rates are as follows (Subject to change):

 

Forecaddie fee: $40 per bag per person plus minimum gratuity of $35 cash tip per bag
Caddie fee: $80 per bag plus minimum gratuity of $65 cash tip per bag

 

All caddie charges will be charged to the individual's room at Pinehurst.

All tips should be paid directly to the caddie.

Clubhouse Availability

The clubhouse, locker rooms and restaurant are available for all competitors.  Lunch which is included in your entry fee on 3/9 - 3/11 will be available at each course.

Deposits Non-Refundable After 1/14/26

 

Deposits for the Pinehurst Pro-Am are non-refundable after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.  The Section Office will review unavoidable, extenuating circumstances for entry cancellation such as death or severe medical emergencies. They will also review any other special requests as it relates to any aspect of the event.  

 

Eligibility - Professional: All PGA Members & Associates who have fully passed their PAT in active classifications.

 

Amateurs will use a current USGA handicap index, professionals will be responsible for verifying.

 

Amateurs do not have to be from the same facility.

 

1 Professional and 3 Amateurs (Male or female).

They will also review any other special requests as it relates to any aspect of the event.  Any changes to a team's occupancy must be made by 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

Format

 

1 Gross + 1 Net.  Amateurs will receive 90% of their handicap.
