Social Event- Two-day Overnight at Batavia Downs Gaming and Hotel and Golf at Stafford Country Club
We are excited to present our first overnight stay this season! We hope you can join us for this very fun two-day event!
- Friday Play Night on October 3 with BBQ Buffet Dinner and Harness Racing at Batavia Downs
- We will have a dedicated space in the Clubhouse near the finish line for our group!
- Dinner and Racing starts around 6 pm- Dinner and Harness Racing
- $50 each in Free Play
- Overnight Stay in Hotel
- Saturday Play Day on October 4 - Breakfast at hotel, 18 holes of Golf and lunch at Stafford Country Club on Saturday
Details:
- Overnight/Breakfast/Golf - $389.51 two people sharing a room ($194.75 per person) - double room, two queen beds
- Friday Night Dinner and Racing - $26 per person to be paid at the restaurant
Participation - 16 spots, 2 per room, 4 tee times at Stafford Golf Club - We will not be matching you up for rooms, you must register with a friend.
Waitlist: When the event fills up your name will be added to waitlist. You will be contacted if someone cancels or we are able to reserve more rooms at the hotel.
Registration
Dinner and Racing will be paid at dinner. Hotel, breakfast, golf will be paid to the Batavia Chamber of Commerce via the secure link.
