TEE TIMES: 

  • Friday and Saturday (July 19-20) - 7:00 AM Double Tee Start
  • Sunday (July 21) - 8:00 AM Modified Shotgun Start

 

FORMAT:  54-Hole Stroke Play with no cut

 

PRACTICE ROUND:  Thursday July 18, 2019 - Practice round tee times are available from 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM. The course will not schedule any tee times after 12:30 PM so please make sure to plan accordingly. The Practice round is included in the entry fee.

 

PROJECTED YARDAGES: Please note that yardages will vary each day to provide a different test for players each day. These yardages are scorecard yardages for the tees that each division will play and it is recommended that you play from these yardages in the practice round.

  • Senior Division - Reflection Bay WHITE Tee Markers
  • Silver Division - Reflection Bay SILVER Tee Markers

 

 

ENTRY FEE:  $350 - Includes your practice round, three rounds of golf, range access, prize fund, tee gift, and lunch for the three days of the tournament.

 

REGISTRATION:  Opens on Monday April 15, 2019 @ 8:00 AM

                              Entries close on July 8, 2019 @ 5:00 PM

  • Each Association has until 30 days prior to the Championship to fill their allocated spots
  • During the final 30 days spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis

 

DIVISIONS:

  • Senior - Must be 50 years old by July 19, 2019
  • Silver - Must be 60 years old by July 19, 2019

 

ELIGIBILITY:  Exempt Players:

  • The top 2 players from each division of the previous years' Championship
  • The remaining players will be split between associations, to be determined by however the association shall choose (Points races, qualifiers, tournament winners, etc.)
  • Players must be active members of either the Southern or Northern Nevada Golf Associaitons to be eligible to compete

 

REFUND POLICY:  After the established deadline for a state event, players can only receive a refund if there is a waiting list of players and a wait listed player agrees to play.  Cases such as death in the family or serious illness such as hospitalization can be reviewed on a case by case basis
