Terms and Conditions of Entry

 

I hereby apply to enter the RBC PGA Scramble presented by BMW of Canada and in doing so, I agree to abide by the PGA of Canada Tournament Rules and Regulations (found on the PGA of Canada web site) and the Championship conditions set forth herein.  I agree to abide by any amendments that are deemed necessary.  I agree to conduct myself both on and off the golf course in a way befitting the PGA of Canada By-Laws, Categories of Membership and PGA of Canada Tournament Rules.  I agree to co-operate with the media upon a request for an interview.  I agree to abide by decisions of the Tournament Committee and will accept its decision as final.  I agree to abide by the conditions listed for each Championship that I may enter. I acknowledge that my image, likeness, voice or biography may be included in a photograph, recording, broadcast, transmission, production, performance, publication, communication, adaptation, fixation or reproduction of this event and consent to the PGA of Canada,  and its licensees’ and assigns’ right to use my name, image, voice, likeness and biography in connection with publicizing, advertising, exploitation or promotion of this event and other events, programs and services offered by the PGA of Canada, its agents or partners, in perpetuity and throughout the world, by any means and in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation or notice provided that no such use shall constitute a direct endorsement of any third party product or service without my prior consent.

Je m'inscris par la présente au tournoi RBC PGA Scramble présenté par BMW du Canada et, ce faisant, j'accepte de me conformer aux règles et règlements des tournois de la PGA du Canada (disponibles sur le site Web de la PGA du Canada) et aux conditions du championnat énoncées dans les présentes.  J'accepte de me conformer à toute modification jugée nécessaire.  J'accepte de me comporter, tant sur le terrain de golf qu'en dehors, d'une manière conforme aux règlements administratifs de la PGA du Canada, aux catégories d'adhésion et aux règles des tournois de la PGA du Canada.  J'accepte de coopérer avec les médias si ceux-ci me demandent une entrevue.  J'accepte de me conformer aux décisions du comité du tournoi et j'accepterai ses décisions comme étant définitives.  J'accepte de me conformer aux conditions énoncées pour chaque championnat auquel je pourrais m'inscrire. Je reconnais que mon image, ma ressemblance, ma voix ou ma biographie peuvent être incluses dans une photographie, un enregistrement, une diffusion, une transmission, une production, une représentation, une publication, une communication, une adaptation, une fixation ou une reproduction de cet événement et je consens à ce que la PGA du Canada, et le droit de ses licenciés et ayants droit d'utiliser mon nom, mon image, ma voix, ma ressemblance et ma biographie dans le cadre de la publicité, de la promotion ou de l'exploitation de cet événement et d'autres événements, programmes et services offerts par la PGA du Canada, ses agents ou partenaires, à perpétuité et dans le monde entier, par tous les moyens et sur tous les supports connus à ce jour ou qui seront développés ultérieurement, sans autre compensation ni préavis, à condition qu'une telle utilisation ne constitue pas une recommandation directe d'un produit ou service tiers sans mon consentement préalable.
