EVENT: U.S. Women's Open Final Qualifying Presented by Ally

 

SITE: Piedmont Driving Club, 4405 Camp Creek Parkway, Atlanta, GA.

 

DATE: May 5, 2026

 

FIELD SIZE: 78 players maximum.

 

FORMAT: 36 holes of individual stroke play for 2 qualifying spots and 2 alternate spots to be determined in the 2026 U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally to be played June 4-7, 2026 at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California.

 

PRACTICE ROUND:

 

  • One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated date and time below prior to the competition. Please call Peidmont Driving Club to reserve your practice round starting time. Practice round fees are $50 plus tax and must be paid regardless of whether or not the player chooses to walk or ride. Credit cards ONLY will be the accepted method of payment in the golf shop.

 

  • Monday, May 4 after 12:00 p.m. (Practice facilities will open at 11:00 a.m.)

 

CADDIES: Players may provide their own caddie. Caddies are also available from the host club.  Players interested in hiring a PDC caddie must contact Zach Shields at pdc@caddiemaster.org  Caddies can purchase a cart from the golf shop for $50 for the day to transport the clubs during the qualifying round. Spectator carts are prohibited.  

 

YARDAGES & TEES: The USGA tee markers will be used.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. Practice yardages can be found under the Player Information tab.

 

StrackaLine yardage book options are available at a 20% discounted rate.  Order via provided link under the Player Information tab.

 

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE: Open at 6:30 a.m. the day of qualifying.

 

STARTING TIMES: Assigned by GSGA and posted on the event portal starting April 2.

 

REGISTRATION: No formal on-site registration. Withdrawals must be called or emailed to the USGA office. 

 

FOOD SERVICE: Available in clubhouse. Breakfast sandwiches, fruit, grabn-go items will be available for purchase from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.  A lunch buffett will be available for purchase from 11:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m. Credit cards ONLY.

 

PERSONAL APPEARANCE: In Local and Final Qualifying stages and the Championship proper, players must be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming. The Committee in charge decides whether this requirement has been met, and has the authority to withdraw the entry of a player who does not comply. The wearing of short pants is prohibited in the Championship proper, but is permissible in Local and Final Qualifying provided the host club does not have a dress code prohibiting such.

 

CLUB POLICIES: No video or social media content is allowed to be posted from Piedmont Driving Club.  Photography is allowed but for personal use only and may not be posted to social media.  Cell phone use is not permitted in the clubhouse.
