7:30 a.m. - Breakfast & Registration 

9:00 a.m. - Shotgun start 

1:45 p.m. - Lunch and Awards Presentation 

              

Entry Fee: Registration ($130.00, 2 Members)  per player

 Includes Breakfast, golf, cart, lunch buffet(cash bar)

 

Entry Deadline: Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM; ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY <DATE>

If a team format, registered teams will be in 'pending' status through entry deadline.  Entry fee will be charged after team has been accepted into the field, including 2nd and 3rd teams from a club.  If the field is full, any team that did not get in will not be charged (their entry will not be approved).

Entry Deadline: June 15, 2018 11:59 p.m.

 

Entry Fee:  $65

 

Brief Description of Tournament/Format:

 

  • Better Ball of Two, gross and net
    100% Handicap, with 8 stroke max between team members
    (team member with higher handicap will be reduced to 8 stroke max, if necessary)

 

  • Register as a team; payment will be required for total registered ($130). 

 

  • The June 15 GHIN revision will be utilized.

 

  • The practice range will be available the day of competition.

 

  • LIMITED TO 40 PLAYERS (20 TEAMS)

 

 

Course Setup:     Par: 72        Yardage: 5402        Pace of Play: 4:30       Slope: 121

 

Transportation: Carts Only (included in entry fee)

 

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

 

  • If you must withdraw prior to the event, please contact Debbie Johnson (203-219-3312).  If you must withdraw on the day of the event, please contact Pat Belknap (203-912-4737) or the Sterling Farms Pro Shop (203-329-2067).
  • Withdrawals made prior to the entry deadline are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
  • Withdrawals after the entry deadline will result in forfeiture of all entry fees.

 

Schedule of Events

 

  • 8:30 a.m. - Registration opens; Cash Raffle available at Registration
  • Tee times starting at 9:33 a.m. 
  • After play, Lunch and Awards Presentation

 

Trophies & Prizes: Winners and runners-up for each division will receive merchandise credit redeemable at the Sterling Farms Pro Shop.

Weather: There will not be a rain date for this tournament.  It will be played in the rain, course permitting. Delays or changes will be communicated to the players the morning of the event via text and email.
