CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

If a member cancels his registration to a tournament with less than 24 hours notification to the Tournament Director for that event, he will be charged the entry fee for the event.  All failures to notify will be reviewed by the Tournament Committee prior to authorizing the charges.  The only exceptions to this policy would be medical issues or family illness / emergencies.
