Entries Open: October 27, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Entries will close on Jan. 5 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Lottery: If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, Nov. 3 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Exempt players must register prior to the Monday, Nov. 3 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event. If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: Full Members have priority during the initial week of lottery registration. Associate Members will be accepted after the first week, provided there are spots available. Any subsequent entries and/or waitlisted applicants after the first week will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility: Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors. Full members have priority during the lottery window. Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.
Format: 84 players maximum. 54 Holes of stroke play over three days.
Entry Fee: $925
Playing Divisions: Senior (55-64), Super Senior (65-69), Legend (70-74) & Super Legend (75+)
Proposed breakdown of divisions to be 36 Senior, 24 Super Senior, 12 Legend and 12 Super Legend.
Proposed Yardages: Each division will play from their own set of tee markers
Senior: ~6400 yards
Super Senior: ~6100 yards
Legend: ~5800 yards
Super Legend: ~5500 yards
Exempt Players: Top 5 Senior/Super Senior from 2024 Hesler, and Top 3 Legend/Super Legend, as well as 2024 Players of the Year

Monday, Jan. 19: Practice Round Shotgun Start at 1:00 p.m. in foursomes. Registration starting approximately 10:30 a.m. Please register to pick up your tee gift and event information.
Tuesday, Jan. 20: Tee times at 8:15 a.m. in threesomes
Wednesday, Jan. 21: Tee times at 8:15 a.m. in threesomes
Thursday, Jan. 22: Final Round Shotgun Start at 9:00 a.m. in threesomes
Food & Beverage Program: Lunch included on Practice Round day as well as after competition rounds one and two. A Welcome Reception will be held following the practice round with appetizers and cash bar.
Lodging Options: There are numerous hotels and Airbnb/VRBO options within a short drive of Marsh Creek CC in the St. Augustine Beach area.

Prize Fund: $75 per player
Refund Policy: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
