Entry Fee: $150 registration fee per player. Cards will not be charged until confirmation of entry into the field. Late entrants will be accepted onto the waiting list.
Eligibility: Open to players with an active World Handicap System Index and a WR4GD Pass. Additionally, those with intellectual impairments will also need to obtain a Virtus II1 International Eligibility. For information about WR4GD passes, please visit: edgagolf.com/online/pass. Format: 36 hole stroke play event. The maximum score for a hole is 10. Players are asked to pick up if they reach the maximum score.
Field Size: 60 players
Divisions/Flights: The Minnesota Adaptive Open will consist of divisions based upon the USGA Adaptive Open Impairment Categories.
Caddies: Players are responsible for providing a caddies and/or player aide should they choose to use one.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to overall male, female, and senior (55+ years old) overall champions, along with male and female first place finishers in each impairment category. $3,000 in proshop credit will additionally be awarded.
Carts: Each player will have a cart to themselves, and if they choose to have a caddie, their caddie will ride along with them in that same cart.
Mobility Device: Please email nathan@mngolf.org with your request of a VertaCat or Solo Rider. This request can also be made upon registration.
Ties: Ties for the male, female, and senior overall champions will be decided by a sudden death playoff. All other ties within each impairment category will be broken by using the USGA-recommended scorecard tiebreaking method.
Yardages and Tees: Official Yardages will be finalized after the field is set.
Yardage Books: Yardage Books are available for purchase in the pro shop at Braemar Golf Course.
Hotel Information: Holiday Inn Bloomington. Just 10 miles west of MSP and 3 miles from Braemar Golf Course.

Cancelations & Refunds:
- To withdraw for any reason before the deadline of an MGA competition, a player may withdraw through Golf Genius or by notifying the MGA in writing.
- To withdraw for any reason after the deadline but before the start of competition, a player must notify the MGA in writing.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancelation on or before the entry closing date: Full refund.
- Cancelation after the entry closing date and up to ONE (1) day before the first day of your competition: Full refund less a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancelation on the day of the competition or later: No refund.
