USGA Senior Open Local Qualifying

Registration: Apply to Play

 

Format: 18-hole Individual Stroke Play.

 

Eligibility: Open to all competitors with a Handicap Index® of 2.4 or lower who will be at least 50 years of age on or before July 2, 2026.

 

Field Size: The field is limited to 100 players.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds are available based on availability after 11:00am between 4/7-4/17. The fee is $60, which includes a cart. Please call the Out Door CC golf shop at (717) 764-9943 to book a tee time.

 

Starting Times: Morning start off the first tee at 7:30 AM.

 

Automotive Transportation: This is a walking only event. Players and their caddies must walk during the stipulated round. Players may carry their own bag or bring a caddie. Out Door CC does not have a caddie program but does allow the use of push carts.  Players are encouraged to bring their own push cart. 

 

Ties: There will be a playoff at the conclusion of play for ties for the last qualifying positions and alternate positions.

USGA Recommended Qualifying Yardage: 6,700 to 7,200 yards
