ENTRY FEE
$350.00
- Late entries are received up to 48 hours after the deadline and are subject to a $50 late fee.
- Withdrawals made before the entry deadline will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Withdrawals made after the entry deadline but at least 48 hours before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Withdrawals made within 48 hours of the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.
OPTIONAL GAMES
- Skins - $40 per Team
- Players Pool - $50 (professional only)
FORMAT
- Team Score - One Net Best Ball (1 pro and 1 member/amateur per team)
- 85% of Handicap Index (USGA recommendation of 85%)
ELIGIBILITY
Open to PGA Members, Life Member Active, & Associates in Good Standing
- North Florida PGA Members and Associates, who have completed Level 1 of the Professional Golf Management Program (PGM), who are eligibly employed in an active classification (per national and section guidelines)
- EXCEPTION - Life Member (LM), Life Member Master (LMM), Retired Member (RM) & Class F Members are Not Eligible
- Amateur handicaps will be based upon the World Handicap index as of Monday, April 27th.

- Lunch: Following Play
YARDAGES
- Male Professionals = Approximately 6,900 yards
- Male Amateurs = Approximately 6,400 yards
- Female Professionals = Approximately 85% of Male Professionals yardage
- Female Amateurs = Course's Standard Female Tee
PRACTICE ROUND INFORMATION
- Available the week before the tournament after 12:00 PM for $33
