2026 Manatee Chapter GHIN Service

Purchase or Renew your GHIN through this Registration Page and the Manatee Chapter will process your GHIN Handicap through the Florida State Golf Association (FSGA) at a special AGA group rate. In the past, chapter members renewed/purchased their GHIN #'s from area clubs where our leagues are held. This service allows us to process our member's GHIN #'s directly through this page. Click on the black "Register Now" button and select FSGA GHIN Renewals or FSGA New GHIN Membership.

GHIN stands for Golf Handicap and Information Network. It is a service provided by the United States Golf Association (USGA) that allows golfers to establish and maintain a handicap index to track their performance and ensure fair play in competitions.

If you're renewing your GHIN #:

Select FSGA GHIN Renewals under "New Registration." Your existing GHIN # will be used- make sure you include it on your payment page along with your name and email address. If you live out of state part of the year, you are not required to add a Florida GHIN # but if you choose to play in any FSGA One day events or Championships, you will need a Florida GHIN. If you recently became a Florida resident, you can renew your GHIN here instead of your former state of residence.

If you're purchasing a new GHIN #:

Select FSGA New GHIN Membership under "New Registration." We'll need your name and email address to process your GHIN. In order to establish a Handicap Index (H.I.), a total of 54 holes must be played and posted to your scoring record. These scores can be made up of any combination of 9- or 18-hole rounds.

The GHIN app is easy to download and use on your phone. In addition to keeping track of your scores during your round, the app has GPS features and you can keep stats like putts, fairways, etc. You can also figure out the handicaps for every player in your group. All of these features are in the free version of the GHIN app and there is also an enhanced version (additional cost) with additional features. More info at the GHIN app link below.
