| Course Setup | All players will play the same yardage - 5,471 yards (Tee 5) Yardages are subject to change. |
| Format | Individual: The championship is conducted at 18-holes of stroke play with a maximum score of 8 on any hole. All players, regardless of gender, will play from the same tees. Team: Schools can have multiple teams. Each team must return two individual 18-hole scores to qualify for the team championship. A maximum of four (one must be a female) players may represent a team. However, if no girls are on a team, that team is limited to three players. For schools with 4 or more players, teams will be randomly selected by the TYGA unless the TYGA is otherwise notified. Team and Individual competitions are run concurrently. |
| Divisions | For the individual competition, competitors will compete in divisions based on gender. There are no age divisions. For the team competition, all teams compete in one division. |

| Starting Times | Starting times will begin at 8:00am off of #1 & #10. Starting Times will be posted 5 days in advance of event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event (NO SLOPE). |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Prizes | Trophies are awarded to Top Girls' and Boys' scorers. Top 5 will make the all-tournament team. Team Trophy will go to the team with the top two scores, if tied co-champs. |
| Exemption Opportunities | Winner of the Individual Boys' Division will receive an exemption into the 2026 CGA NC Junior Boys' Championship. |
| Tournament of Champions | Invitations for the 2026 Tournament of Champions will be extended to all 18 hole division winners in each TYGA One-Day. |
| Rankings Information | This event is used the for CGA/TYGA Junior Rankings, Tier 1. More details on CGA/TYGA rankings can be found HERE. *Girls' Division must have 5 players to qualify for rankings. |
| GHIN Posting | TYGA WILL post scores to a player's GHIN handicap record as long as the player's GHIN Number is in their tournament registration profile! |
| Spectator Policy | Spectator Carts: Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $38 per cart (will only be rented out 30 mins before your juniors starting time). Spectator carts are restricted to the cart path at all times. Spectator Policy: Spectators are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all spectators remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. View our Spectator Policies for more information. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event online or by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. Refund Policy: Withdrawals submitted THREE Days Prior or more from tournament date will receive a refund of the entry fee minus a $20 administrative fee regardless of reason if entry accepted into the tournament. Withdrawals submitted less than three days before the tournament will not receive any refund. |
