   • Support shop sales: know your products and promote them naturally.
   • Help fill events, clinics, and lessons.
   • Offer ideas that drive participation and fun — your enthusiasm sells.
4. Communicate and Support Upward (12 min)
   • Keep your head pro and manager informed — no surprises.
   • Ask for feedback and be coachable.
   • Anticipate needs — solve small problems before they reach your boss.
5. Keep Growing as a Professional (10 min)
   • Keep learning — teaching skills, club repair, merchandising, etc.
   • Network and ask questions of experienced pros.
   • Build your personal brand through professionalism, effort, and attitude.
