Entries Open: Monday, July 6 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Entries will close on Sept. 14 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Lottery: If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, July 13 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Exempt players must register prior to the Monday, July 13 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event. If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: Full Members have priority during the initial week of lottery registration. Associate Members will be accepted after the first week, provided there are spots available. Any subsequent entries and/or waitlisted applicants after the first week will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility: Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors. Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.
Format: 84 players maximum. 54 Holes of stroke play over three days.
Playing Divisions: Senior (55-64) & Super Senior (65-69) - Legend and Super Legend players are welcome, however there will be two sets of tees.
Proposed Yardages:
Senior: ~6600 yards
Super Senior: ~6200 yards
Entry Fee: $995 per member (includes four rounds of golf w/carts, practice facilities, prize fund of $75/pp, tee gift, and welcome reception)
Exemptions: Top 15 of 2025 Dale Morey Championship as well as the 2025 Players of the Year.

Format: 54 Holes of Individual Stroke Play, Two sets of tees (Senior & Super Senior)
Optional Practice Rounds: Players may call the golf shop at 912-598-3505 up to four (4) days in advance of play up to two-weeks prior to the event date (Sept 13) and the charge would be our Unaccompanied Guest Rate of $195.00+tax per player based on availability.
Sunday, Sept. 27: Tournament Registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. Please register to pick up your tee gift. Practice facilities will be open.
Practice round will be a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start.
Welcome Reception: Sunday early evening following Practice Round. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.
Monday & Tuesday, Sept. 28-29: Tentative - Tournament rounds will be an 8:00 a.m. start from the 1st & 10th tees in threesomes.
Wednesday, Sept. 30: Tentative - The final round will be a Shotgun Start at approximately 8:45 a.m. in threesomes.
Callaway Golf VIP Program: Callaway custom fitting representatives will be on the practice range on Monday, Sept. 28 from approximately 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Please take advantage of this unique opportunity to try the latest equipment from Callaway through our VIP program.
Food & Beverage: Lunch provided prior to practice round. Welcome reception Sunday after practice round with cash bar. Lunch also included following play on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday lunch on your own. Additional F&B will be available. Credit Cards accepted for payment of optional F&B.
Lodging: There are numerous options for hotels and Airbnb/VRBO in The Landings/Savannah area.
Refund Policy: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
