EVENT: U.S. Senior Women's Open Qualifying
SITE: Woodmont Golf & Country Club
DATE: July 1, 2026
FIELD SIZE: 84 players maximum.
FORMAT: 18 holes of individual stroke play for TBD Spots to advance to the 2026 U.S. Senior Women's Open Championship to be played August 20-23 at Barton Hills Country Club in Ann Arbor, MI.
PRACTICE ROUND:

One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Woodmont G&CC to reserve your practice round starting time. Practice round fees are $50 plus tax and must be paid regardless of whether or not the player chooses to walk or ride. Credit cards will be the accepted method of payment in the golf shop.
- Tuesday – Friday, anytime based on availability
- Saturday – Sunday, after 2 p.m. based on availability
CADDIES: Players may provide their own caddie. Caddies can purchase a cart from the golf shop to transport the clubs during the tournament round. Spectator carts are prohibited per USGA policy.
YARDAGES & TEES: The USGA tee markers will be used. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. Practice yardages can be found under the Player Information tab.
StrackaLine yardage books are available at discounted rates:
- Yardage: $25, Greens: $30, Combo: $35

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE: Open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition.
STARTING TIMES: Assigned by GSGA and posted on the event portal starting June 23rd.
REGISTRATION: No formal on-site registration. Withdrawals must be called or emailed to the USGA office.
FOOD SERVICE: Available in clubhouse. Credit cards ONLY.
PREFERRED LIES POLICY: Per the USGA, for all USGA Championships and qualifying rounds, the following policy is in effect: A Local Rule authorizing “Preferred Lies” or “Winter Rules” is NEVER permitted.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE: In Qualifying and the Championship proper, players must be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming. The Committee in charge decides whether this requirement has been met, and has the authority to withdraw the entry of a player who does not comply.
