• Your reservations must be paid in full 30 day’s prior to arrival-
  • Rooms will be released if packages are not paid 30 day’s prior to arrival
  • Cancelations inside 30 days of travel are non refundable
  • Cancelations between 59 and 30 day’s will receive a 50% refund
  • All cancelations must be sent in writing to the vpcdc@ccampo.com.do 
  • The Event Includes - One Tournament Round per day on either Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore or the Links –
  • You also recieve complementary replay rounds on Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore or the Links
    • Replay rounds cannot be booked in advance. Replay rounds are based on availability the same day. You may verify the chance to replay with the golf shop following your first round when you are ready to play.
    • If you would like to secure your replay round on any course with a guaranteed tee time, this round will be charged in full prior to your tee time, at the hotel guest golf rate.
    • There is a 24 hour cancelation policy for all rounds of golf per person. All cancelations made inside 24 hours will be charged at the hotel guest golf rate. To cancel your tee time please email Golf@ccampo.com.do. Cancelations will only be accepted via email
    • If you would like to secure your replay round on any course with a guaranteed tee time, this round will be charged in full prior to your tee time, at the hotel guest golf rate. This round is not part of your golf package.
  • All Guests will be charged a hold of $100 per day at check in including Professionals.
  • Bottles of Wine are not included in your package; house wines by the glass are included.
  • Unused package features or package days are non – refundable
  • Refunds are not given for course closures
  • Rain checks do not apply

  • Handicap Cart Policy- Casa de Campo does allow disability carts for those players with permanent disabilities or a doctor’s note. All requests must be made seven day’s prior to arrival. Disability carts must have a Casa de Campo Caddie driving at all times. This caddie should be paid 25$ plus tip. This caddie does not replace the forecaddie requirement on Teeth of the Dog. Please email your ADA card or Doctors note to golf@ccampo.com.do.
