Entry Fee: $165 Qualifying Fee/$225 Championship Fee
Field Size: Maximum of 60 players. There is NO WAITLIST for qualifiers. Members of the host club can get in by contacting the Official in Charge if the field is full.

*Players wishing to qualify for both the Mid-Amateur Championship and the Match Play Championship may do so via the same round on the same day at the qualifiers with an asterisk as long as they are age-eligible for the Mid-Amateur. Players must pay the entry fee for each event when registering, but a $40 discount refund will be applied at the close of entries.
