Eligibility: Open to male amateur golfers 25 and older as of October 9, 2026, with a Handicap Index at 10.0 or below.
Entries Open: May 11 @ 12:00 p.m.
Entries Close: June 3, 2026 @ 11:59 p.m.
Entry Fee: $165 Qualifying Fee/$225 Championship Fee or $390 Exempt Players
Field Size: Championship field is 144 players. Qualifying fields are generally 78 players unless run concurrently with a Match Play Championship qualifier. There is NO WAITLIST for qualifiers. Members of qualifying site host clubs can get in by contacting the Official in Charge if the qualifying field is full.
Concurrent Qualifying: Players wishing to qualify for both the Mid-Amateur Championship and the Match Play Championship may do so via the same round on the same day at the qualifiers with an asterisk as long as they are age-eligible for the Mid-Amateur. Players must pay the entry fee for each event when registering, but a $40 discount refund will be applied at the close of entries.
