Event Date: June 10-14, 2026

Location: Ocean Forest Golf Club, Sea Island

Field Size/Eligibility: 144 players. Open to male amateur golfers that are GSGA members, residents of the State of Georgia and maintain a Handicap Index of 10.0 or lower at the close of entries. 

Entries Open: January 21, 2026 @ 12:00 p.m.

Entries Close: April 22, 2026 @ 11:59 p.m.

Entry Fee: $165 Qualifying Fee/$275 Championship Fee/$440 Exempt Player Fee

Exemptions: The Georgia Amateur Championship is an official USGA Exemption Event.  The winner shall receive an exemption into the 2026 U.S. Amateur Championship.  The winner will also receive an exemption into the 2027 Jones Cup Invitational, an Elite Amateur Series event.  The top five finishers shall receive an exemption into 2027 U.S. Amateur Final Qualifying.
