Entry Fee: $300 per 2-man team + 3.5% credit card fee = $310.50

 

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at 11:59PM or until reaching the event capacity of 120 players.
 

Registration Includes: Lunch, greens fee, carts, range balls and awards.  A cash bar will be available for those wishing to partake after play.

 

Eligibility: Contestants must possess an active USGA World Handicap Index issued from a MVG member club or another local Allied Golf Association.

Start Time: 1:00PM Shotgun Start

 

Divisions of Play: Gross and Net.  Players who are 50+ years old will play a shorter yardage than those under 50.

 

For Net Division: Your Playing Handicap will be 85% of your Course Handicap. The index used will be from the Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, revision.  Partners' playing handicaps will not vary by more than 8 strokes.

 

Rules of Play: Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf of the USGA and R&A Limited and where applicable, by the Local Rules and Conditions set forth by the MVG.

 

Dress Code: Clothing that respects the traditions of golf is required.  Short shorts, tank tops, and jeans of any nature are not permitted.  A non-metal spike is required.

Groupings Available: Groupings will be e-mailed to addresses provided on the entry form and at MiamiValleyGolf.org and on this Event Portal.
 

Format of Play: 18 holes of Better Ball play.
 

Awards: Both Gross and Net winners (85% Handicap) will be awarded.
 

Ties:  The USGA recommended scorecard playoff will be used to break all ties. More Detail

 

Acceptance of Entry: MVG reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. 
 

Grouping Considerations: Considerations for grouping requests can be made here.  We will do our best to accommodate requests.  Requests must be made to the MVG Staff before the entry deadline.

 

Withdrawals: If you withdraw prior to the registration deadline, you will be refunded 95% of your registration fee.  Withdrawals after the registration deadline will be handled on a case by case basis.
