🗓️ Schedule of Events

11:30 AM – Skins game registration & practice area opens  

  • Halfway House will be open from 11:30am-5pm for food and beverage purchase
    • Hot Dogs, hamburgers, snacks, drinks, etc.

1:00 PM – Shotgun start

After Play – Scoring & dinner

  • Dinner is included in the entry fee. Cash bar available.

🎯 Assigned Teeing Locations

  • Black MVG Tees – ~6500 yards
  • Blue MVG Tees – ~5800 yards
  • Silver MVG Tees – ~5000 yards
  • Yardages are approximate

💰 Optional Skins Game

  • $20 per player (optional)
  • Separate Net and Gross divisions
  • Cash preferred
  • Sign up at registration before teeing off

📱 Scoring Information

 

Gross awards (divisions) will be by tee markers.

Net awards (flights) will be by age.

 

We encourage electronic scoring via the Golf Genius app. Printed scorecards will be accepted if necessary.

  • Scorecards must be submitted within 45 minutes after the first electronic card is posted per course.

 

Please download the Golf Genius app (Apple Store or Google Play) prior to arrival.

🧮 Handicaps

Handicaps for Net scoring will be based on the Thursday, June 11th revision.

📘 Local Rule in Effect: Stroke & Distance (E-5)

This event will use Local Rule E-5 (alternative to stroke and distance for lost or out-of-bounds balls).

  • You may still play a provisional ball
  • This rule cannot be used if a provisional ball has already been played

🌱 Preferred Lies

Preferred lies will be in effect:

  • Ball may be lifted, cleaned, and placed within one club length (no closer to the hole)
  • Ball must be marked before lifting
  • Applies only to closely mown areas in the general area
  • Does not apply in penalty areas, bunkers, or putting greens
