Below is everything you need to know for Monday's event. Please review the information carefully, including your starting hole, scoring details, and format of play.

Reminder: Lunch will not be provided before play. Dinner is included following the round.
📍 Event Location
⛳ Club Donations
Our friends at Club Partners will be set up in the parking lot before play begins, near the raffle ticket table, to accept donations of old or unwanted golf clubs. If you have any clubs you are looking to get rid of, please consider bringing them along!
📱 Scoring
Electronic scoring through the Golf Genius App is encouraged. Printed scorecards will also be accepted.

Preferred: Electronic scoring via Golf Genius
Alternative: Printed scorecard
Important: Scorecards must be submitted within 45 minutes after the first electronic scorecard is returned.

⛳ Format of Play
18 Holes | 1 Gross & 1 Net Better Ball
- 18 holes of stroke play using the best gross ball and best net ball from each four-person team.
- The same ball may not be used for both scores.
- 85% of playing handicap will be used for net scoring.
- Scores will be posted to GHIN following play.
🏌 On-Course Proximity Contests

⚠ Local Rule: Model Local Rule E-5
Model Local Rule E-5 is in effect for this event.
This Local Rule provides an alternative to stroke-and-distance relief for a ball that is lost outside a penalty area or out of bounds.
- Relief is available for two penalty strokes, using the relief area defined by Model Local Rule E-5.
- Provisional balls are still encouraged.
- E-5 relief is not available when a provisional ball has become the ball in play under penalty of stroke and distance.

Handicaps for net scoring are based on the Thursday, October 15 revision.

| Course Raffle $10 per ticket Two winners will each receive a round of golf for two at Miami Valley Golf Club. Proceeds benefit the DDWGA Scholarship Fund. |
