Location: Old Toccoa Farm
Eligibility: Entries are open to male amateur golfers that are residents of Georgia who have a handicap index that does not exceed a 10.0. Five statewide qualifiers and a number of exemptions will determine the 64 participants who will move onto the Championship.
Entries Open: March 11, 2026 @ 12:00pm
Entries Close: June 3, 2026 @ 11:59pm
Entry Fee: $165 qualifying/$225 Championship Fee ($390 Exempt Players)
Championship Format:
Saturday, July 25th - Practice Rounds
Sunday, July 26th - First two rounds of pod play (a.m. & p.m.)
Monday, July 27th - Final round of pod play (a.m.), Playoffs (p.m.)
Tuesday, July 28th - Round of 16 (a.m.), Quarterfinals (p.m.)
Wednesday, July 29th - Semifinals (a.m.), Championship Match (p.m.)
107th Georgia Match Play Championship
*Players wishing to qualify for both the Match Play Championship and the Mid-Amateur Championship may do so via the same round on the same day at the qualifiers with an asterisk as long as they are age-eligible for the Mid-Amateur. Players must pay the entry fee for each event when registering, but a $40 discount refund will be applied at the close of entries.
