Entry Fee: $275 USD per person – includes two rounds of golf, buffet lunch on Saturday, awards, raffle, and buffet lunch on Sunday.

REGISTRATION OPENS: Friday, May 1 at 9:00 a.m.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 7 at 11:59 p.m.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Participants may reserve a room at the Mayan Palace if desired. We highly recommend making reservations as soon as you register for the event to ensure availability.

Master Room $149 USD per night - Two queen beds
Suite $173 USD per night - 1 King bed

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 36 Holes of Stroke Play; Four-Person Shamble
Shamble Description: All players will play from the teeing ground and select the best drive of the team. Each player will then put a ball into play within a club length of that spot (not nearer the hole) and complete play of the hole with his/her own ball.
Groups of less than four players will be assigned “blind” players for the weekend.
Gross Team Contest:
The best two gross scores for the hole will count for the team score.
Net Team Contest:
The best two net scores for the hole will count for the team score.
Proximities:
Proximity and Hole-in-One prizes on par 3’s.
HANDICAP PERCENTAGE: All players will receive 75% of their playing handicap. H.I will be updated on October 14, 2026. A Playing Handicap will be calculated for those players who do not have an established Handicap Index by using their score for Saturday’s round.
FIELD SIZE: 96 players
YARDAGE: Projected yardages are posted on the portal.
Men will play from the White Tees. Men ages 70+ may elect to play from the Gold Tees by indicating they wish to do so on the registration form. Women will play from the Red Tees.
ELIGIBILITY: This event is open to AZ GOLF members and guests.

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds are available at a special rate. After registering for the tournament, contact Alaciel Aguilar to schedule your practice round at alacielaguilar@vidanta.com
PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be emailed to participants by end of day on Tuesday, October 13. If you are not registering a full group of four players but wish to play with other participants in the field, please indicate your pairing request on the registration form in the pairing request field.
PRACTICE FACILITY: Will be available starting at 7:30 a.m. each morning.
GOLF CARTS: The use of golf carts is included in the registration fee. Spectator carts are not permitted as there is only enough carts for tournament participants.
WITHDRAW POLICY:
- Players who withdraw prior to the close of registration on October 7 will receive their entry fee minus a $25 admin fee per person, regardless of reason.
- Players who withdraw after the close of registration and prior to October 13 will receive 75% of the entry fee, regardless of reason.
- Players who withdraw between October 14 and October 18 will not receive a refund.

TEAM AWARDS & PAYOUTS: Vidanta Golf Shop Gift Certificates will be awarded to the first-place team in each flight – both gross and net. Specific payout amounts are determined based on the number of participants. Must be present to accept your certificates (or you may designate another participant to collect on your behalf).

**If you can, please bring school supplies to donate to the local children!!**
Everything helps, but general school supplies are always needed:
paper, pencils, notebooks, folders, crayons, glue, etc.
