2026 MVG DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIP STATE QUALIFIER

Doubles Golf State Championship Date: Saturday, October 10th
- Site: NCR Country Club (North Course)
- Tee times will be in the afternoon
Format: 18-Hole Two-Person Gross Scramble. Winners of each division of play will receive trophies.
Divisions: A and B. Divisions are based on Team Ratings.
A & B Divisions
Men's (two players ages 25 & older)
Women's (two players ages 25 & older)
Mixed (one male, one female ages 25 & older)
Senior's (two players ages 60 or older)
Divisions are determined by:
- For Existing Doubles Golf Teams: Their current team rating
- For New Doubles Golf Teams: Their team rating will be determined by their GHIN handicap at registration.
- For New Doubles Golf Teams with no GHIN handicap: Will compete in the A Division.
Advancement to the State & National Championships: One team from each qualified category (Men's A, Men's B, Women's A, Women's B, Mixed A, Mixed B, Senior A, Senior B) will advance to the State Championship at NCR Country Club (North Course). Only Gross winners will advance to the Doubles Golf State Championship. Note: Only team's with an "A" rating in a qualified category will have the opportunity to advance from the Doubles Golf State Championship to the Doubles Golf National Championship.
Entry Fee: $250 + 3.5% credit card fee = $258.75 per 2-person team.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026, at 11:59PM
Registration Includes: Greens fee, carts, and range balls.
Starting Times: 1:00PM Shotgun Start
Rules of Play: Play will be governed by the Doubles Golf Conditions of Play.
Estimated Yardages: Men -- Black tee markers (6300 yards); Seniors -- Blue tee markers (6000 yards); Women -- Silver tee markers (5000 yards)
Groupings Available: Groupings will be e-mailed to the addresses provided on the registration form, on this Event Portal, and at MiamiValleyGolf.org.
Dress Code: Clothing that respects the traditions of the game is required. Short shorts, tank tops, and jeans of any nature are not permitted. A non-metal spike is required.
Withdrawals: Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
