MORNING PRO-AM (8:00-9:30am start)

7:00am - Registration & practice tee opens.  Breakfast sandwich &

coffee available for all morning Pro-Am players before tee-time.

8:00-9:30am – 1^st & 10^th tee start time for AM Pro-Am wave.

12:00-2:00pm – Sit-down luncheon & refreshments on the patio

 

AFTERNOON PRO-AM (12:00pm-2:00pm start)

11:00am – Registration & practice tee opens. Bagged lunches available for all Pro-Am players before play

12:00pm - 2:00pm: 1^st & 10^th tee start for afternoon Pro-Am wave

 5:00pm – 7:00pm – Steak Dinner & refreshments on the patio.  Top Teams & Draw prizes will be announced!

Division 1, 2, 3 + Senior Division (Women’s & Men’s)

Sunday, Aug.30^th: FINAL ROUND (Fraserview Golf)

(All Players making the cut)                      

Morning Wave:    7:00am-9:00am (1^st and 10^th tees). Final round tee-times based on 36-Hole gross score

Afternoon Wave: 12:00pm-2:00pm start (1^st & 10^th tees). Leaders will tee-off last off the 1^st tee.

 

Tee-times for Championship Amateurs and Professionals will be determined by true gross scores (not within flight) so Amateurs may play in the final groups if they are in position to win the tournament. 

The top 6 Overall Net scores in Div. 2 & 3 plus the top six Div. 1, top 6 Senior Gross Scores, and top 3 Gross and Net All abilities Golfer scores will be offered a PM tee time on the final round to allow them to be a part of the prize presentations. 

 

Prize presentations will be reserved for the following Champions:

Overall Champion / Women’s Champion / Men’s Amateur Champion / Women’s Amateur Champion / Senior Gross Champion (M/F) / Overall Net Champion / All Abilities Gross & Net Champion / Divisional Gross & Net Champions

 

All other prizing will be conducted virtually online with instructions emailed the following day on how to order their prizing through our store (www.myvgt.com) and how to arrange for prize pickup..
