September 18th - 19th, 2026
- Each team will play 18 holes Friday and Saturday, alternating between the Oak and Magnolia Courses
- Round 1 (Friday) is a Best Ball Shamble (both players drive on every hole - play your own ball from the best drive)
- Round 2 (Saturday) is a team Scramble
- The field will be limited to 80 teams and flighted based on combined course handicap from the OAK COURSE
- All players will play from the WHITE tees
- If a player is 70+, they have the option to play from the GREEN/BLUE Combo tees
- IMPORTANT NOTE #1: There is max course handicap spread of 8 between partners
- Example: If you are a 6 handicap, and your partner is a 15, they must play as a 14
- IMPORTANT NOTE #2: Combined partner handicap must be greater than zero
- Example: If you are a +1, you must have a partner with a handicap of 1 or above
- IMPORTANT NOTE #1: There is max course handicap spread of 8 between partners
- If a player is 70+, they have the option to play from the GREEN/BLUE Combo tees
- Each flight winner will compete in a shootout Saturday afternoon to determine the overall Champions
- Shootout will feature an alternate shot format starting in the fairway on Magnolia #18
- Custom BCCC framed print of the Magnolia course will be awarded to all flight winners
- Optional Player's Pool is also available. $200 total buy-in for each team for payouts within your flight, cash only. $100 for Friday day money (lowest score in your flight), $100 for Saturday day money (lowest score in your flight). You cannot bet on other teams, but side bets amongst yourselves are encouraged.
- Drinks on and off-course are included for both days during play

Your entry includes:
- Custom BCCC logo'd Nexbelt
- Footjoy shoe selection
- To select your Footjoy tee gift, click here to view and select your choice of shoe by September 5th to ensure it is delivered in time for the event
- Password is: BEAUCHENE (all caps)
- If you are unable to select your shoe by September 4th, your selection will be shipped directly to the BCCC Pro Shop for pickup after the tournament dates
- Admission to Thursday kickoff cookout, Short Game area contests and Player's Pool entry
- Admission for you and one guest to the Friday night party, featuring live entertainment
- Players and their guest may partake in food & beverage using provided wristbands

- Optional Practice Round - Schedule on BCCC App or with Pro Shop
- Oak Course Practice Facility Challenges - 5:30pm
- Draft Beer, Bourbon Tasting, Cigars & Hamburger Cookout on Back Patio - 5:30pm
- Optional Player's Pool in Ballroom - 5:30pm
- $200 total buy-in for each team, cash only. $100 for Friday day money, $100 for Saturday day money
- Tee Gift Distribution Near Back Patio - 5:30pm
Friday, September 18th
(Oak/Magnolia Courses)
- Range Open with Bloody Mary's and Screwdrivers on Patio - 10:30am-11:30am
- Shotgun Start - Best Ball Shamble - 11:30am
- Beer / Water / Soft Drinks on Course
- Post Round Party Including Food and Beverage - 5:30pm
- Scoring & Patron Party for each player and one guest (with musical entertainment) - 6:30pm - 9:30pm
- Childcare is available by reservation only
Saturday, September 19th
(Oak/Magnolia Courses)
- Range Open and Full Bar on Patio - 8:00am-9:00am
- Shotgun Start - Scramble Format - 9:00am
- Beer / Water / Soft Drinks on Course
- Lunch served after Round 2 with Tap Beer
- Flight Winners Shootout - Magnolia #18 - Alternate Shot Format - Following Lunch
- Trophy & Jacket Presentation - Following Shootout on Magnolia #18
