Eligibility: All players must meet the age requirement by June 1st, 2026.

 

Handicap Index Requirements: All participants must have a valid handicap index. If you reside in the state and need a handicap index, you may click HERE to join the ASGA Junior Program. 

 

Divisions: Girls 12-14, Girls 15-18, Boys 12-13, Boys 14-15, & Boys 16-18 (100 Player Maximum Field)

 

Tee Markers: Girls Divisions will play from the Gold Tees (Approx. 5,800 yards), Boys 12-13 will play from the White Tees (Approx. 6,000 yards) and Boys 14-18 Divisions will play from the Blue Tees (Approx. 6,800 yards). 

 

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $120 for all participants, which includes greens fee, lunch Saturday, Range balls, Trophies, and Tax. The deadline to enter is June 12, 2026 at 4 p.m., or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned.

Format: 36 hole stroke play championship.

Round 1 - 9:00A.M. Shot-gun start

Round 2 - 9:00A.M. Shot-gun start

 

Food:

Round 1- Lunch will be provided.

Round 2- Lunch will be provided.

 

Spectator Carts: Spectator Carts are available on a first come, first serve basis. Reserving carts is not allowed and the cart fee for each day is $30. You may bring your own cart if you would like for no cost. No ATVs and tires on cart must be turf tires.

 

Hotel: The Red Apple Inn will not be available for hotel rooms due to an outside event. For Hotel accommodations, please reach out to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Heber Springs at (501)877-9500.


Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
