ASGA Women’s Match Play Championship

Registration Closes: July 31st, 2026 @ 4 pm CST

 

Eligibility: Entries are open to female golfers who are residents of the state of Arkansas, and upon approval by the ASGA, non-residents whose home course is located in Arkansas. All female student athletes playing for an in-state college regardless of residence are eligible. All participants must be ASGA individual members. The minimum age is 16 unless approved by the ASGA Women’s Committee.

 

Handicap Index Requirements: There are no maximum or minimum requirements for handicaps; however, a GHIN number is required at registration for each participant. 

 

Tee Markers: Each division will play from age appropriate tees. Championship Division is open to all, Mid-Ams 25+, Seniors 50+, Super Seniors 60+, Legends 70+.  

 

Entry Fee: The entry fee for the event is $250 per player. The deadline to enter is July 31st 2026 at 4 pm CST, or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned. The entry fee includes green fees, carts, and range balls. 

 

Format: **Dependent on Division Size** Minimum 18 hole stroke play qualifying, possible 36 hole stroke play qualifying for bracket. Seeded brackets based on stroke play results amongst division play out over the remainder of the days. 

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds are available at any time before the event (can play as many times as you would like) for $50+tax, including cart. Alert Pro Shop staff to it being a practice round for the ASGA Match Play.

7th: 8am Start Times off of 1

8th: 8 am Start Times off of 1

9th: AM matches 8 am start off 1 / PM matches 1 pm start off of 1

10th: AM matches 8 am start off 1 / PM matches 1 pm start off of 1

Round Breakdown: 

7th: 18 Holes Stroke Play Qualifying

8th: 18 Holes Stroke Play Qualifying

9th: AM Matches Round of 16 / PM Matches Round of 8

10th: AM Matches Semi Finals/ PM Matches Finals/Runner Up Matches

 

Food: Lunch will be a specialty menu for the event provided each day for players after their round / in between AM and PM Matches.

 

Prizes: Awards for Championship Winner; Shop credit payouts to semi-finalists, runner - ups, and bracket winner.

 

Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
