Clubhouse Availability - The clubhouse, locker rooms, restaurant and halfway house are available for all competitors.

Eligibility - Philadelphia Assistant PGA Professional Championship Eligibility:
1. Class A-8 Members and All Associates*, must be eligibly employed and in good standing as of the entry deadline and the 1st round of the Philadelphia Assistant PGA Professional Championship. All Associates must have fully passed their PAT. *Associates, who have not successfully completed Level 1 will be eligible to participate in the Philadelphia Assistant PGA Professional Championship but not eligible to advance to the Assistant PGA Professional Championship (PGA of America of America Board Approval - March 2023)
2. Four (4) Tournament Rule - **The number of “Professional Tours” that a PGA Member may participate in, and still remain eligible to compete in PGA Member Championships, was reduced from eight (8) to four (4). This 4-tournament rule will be applied to all Championships & Player of the Year eligibility beginning on January 1, 2024 (Board Approval - June 2022). Three new tours were added to this rule - the APGA Tour, the Women's All Pro Tour, and the Outlaw Tour. Any events prior to January 1, 2024 from these three tours do not count towards the tournament limit.
*In November 2025, the PGA of America voted to allow All Associates through Level 1 of the Associate Program to be eligible to qualify. We will allow All Associates to play in the Philadelphia Assistants Championship, but you must be through Level 1 to qualify for the national championship.

Facility Fees - All facility fees have been included in your entry fee along with lunch.

Qualifying Spots - 5 players will advance to the the top finishers will advance directly to the 49th PGA Assistant Championship to be held November 12-15, 2026 at PGA Golf Club, Port St. Lucie, FL. based on a rolling average number of players in the Section event over the last 5 years. There will also be 5 alternate spots available.

| Registration - New for the 2022 season, registration for the Philadelphia Assistant PGA Professional Championship will be managed by the Philadelphia PGA Section via Golf Genius and not the PGA of America.
