Chester Lowe Father & Son Championship

Registration Closes: June 15th, 2026 @ 4 pm CST

 

Eligibility: The field is open to all father-son type combinations. It can be in-laws, step father/son, grandfather/grandson…all combinations welcome. Each team must have one active ASGA member with an active GHIN  handicap. The minimum age is 12 years old. Tee box assignments will be age appropriate at each course. 

 

Handicap Index Requirements: There is no handicap requirement for this championship, but one player must have an index through the ASGA.

 

Tee Markers: TBD

 

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $495 per team. The deadline to enter is June 15th at 4 pm CST, or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned. Entry fee includes player’s green fee, cart fee, and range balls. 

 

Format: The tournament will be pre-flighted based on handicap/age factors, and all teams will play a 6-6-6 format.

The 6-6-6 format will consist of the following:

*6 Holes Scramble

*6 Holes Best Ball (each player plays hole and best score selected)

*6 Holes Alternate Shot (each player will tee off and alternate until holing)

Saturday, June 20, 2026: Shotgun start w/ time TBD

Sunday, June 21, 2026: Shotgun start w/ time TBD.

 

Food: Lunch will be provided both days.

 

Practice Rounds: A practice round is available by calling the HSCC Pro Shop at 501-624-2661 and reserving a tee time. 

Prizes: Pro Shop credit will be awarded in each flight. 

 

Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
