Registration Information

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members, age 25 and older on or before October 2, 2026. Players entering the championship through a qualifying round must have a handicap index of 5.0 or lower at the time of registration. 

 

Registration Opens: Exempt players may register for the championship on March 16, 2026 at 08:00am

 

Registration Deadline: Monday, August 03, 2026 at 05:00 PM

 

Entry Fee: $325.00 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $110.00 per player with an additional $215.00 for successful qualifiers.

 

Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers.

 

Exempt Players: Players who are exempt from qualifying are listed on the exemptions list under the "Tournament Information" tab.

 

Qualifying: Players that are not exempt into the championship must qualify at 1 of 6 qualifiers. Players are permitted only one qualifying attempt per championship.

Tournament Information

Format: 54 holes of stroke play. A 36-hole cut will be made to the low 40 players and ties.


Tee Times:

  • Friday (10/2): 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. off hole #1 & 10
  • Saturday (10/3): 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. off hole #1 & 10
  • Sunday (10/4): 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. off hole #1

 

Carts: Players may use a golf cart, carry their bag, or use a caddie. Golf cart fees are included in the entry fee. Carts will be limited to two (2) carts per group.

 

Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at each morning at 7:00am at no additional charge to the player. 

 

Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie. Spectators are also allowed.

 

Strackaline Books: All championship players will be provided with a yardage book from Strackaline.

 

Practice Round Information: Practice rounds are available at the course rate and may be made 14 days in advance. Please book times online or through the Westy app.

 

Player Food: Food will be available for purchase each day inside the restaurant at the player's expense. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores as tournament scores to GHIN.
