Make sure to use the drop down window to change between Round 1 and Round 2.  

 

Shawnee CC has been booking practice round times and will continue to do so.  Call 419-229-4801 to arrange a practice round (if desired) between now and Sunday, August 23 and if you have not already played a practice round.  Cost is $70 per player.  Please plan accordingly as all clubs are very busy at this time.  Contestants only unless other arrangements made.

The Registration tent on Monday will be setup near the practice putting green.  

Registration will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Please register prior to practicing, eating or starting your round.  

 

Lunch will be served in the ballroom from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday and after play on Wednesday for those that make the cut.

PACE OF PLAY POLICY
Groups will be expected to play in 4 hours and 15-minute pace and keep up with the group ahead at all times.

Code of Conduct (includes Dress Code)
No cargo shorts or pants at any time.  No denim shorts or pants at anytime.  Collared shirts or approved shirts without a collar must be worn at all times.  Hats must be worn with the bill forward and MUST be removed when entering buildings.
All entries shall be deemed to be by invitation and are subject to Board acceptance.
NO SPECTATOR CARTS ANYTIME.

REFUNDS
Refunds after deadline date for medical reason only. A written medical excuse must be submitted after deadline date for refund.  All refunds will be subject to a $15 service fee. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Practice Rounds—Between August 1-23   $70 including cart.  Call 419-229-4801

Round 1 (Monday, August 24, 2026)
Tee times will be between 8:00 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. off both #1 and #10 tees and 12:40 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. off both #1 and #10.  Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.  Player’s lunch is included in the entry fee. 
 

Round 2 (Tuesday, August 25, 2026)
Tee times will be between 8:00 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. off both #1 and #10 tees and 12:40 p.m. and 2:35 p.m. off both #1 and #10.  Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.  Player’s lunch is included in the entry fee. 

Round 3 (Wednesday, August 26, 2026)
Tee times will be begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 only.
Pairings for Round 3 will be based on 36 hole scores.  40 and ties make the 36 hole cut.  
Lunch will be served following your round.  Player’s lunch is included in the entry fee. 

PRACTICE FACILITIES
Driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day.  The range will close at 8:00 p.m.

AWARDS
Award presentation will begin immediately following play.  Shawnee CC shop credit will be awarded based on field size.  The champion will be awarded the Ohio Mid Amateur trophy (revolving trophy) and must return the trophy before 2027 Ohio Mid Amateur Championship.  Champion will be exempt for the 2027 through 2031 Ohio Amateur Championship.  Top 10 and ties will be exempt for the 2027 Ohio Amateur Championship.  Registration will be required each year.
