Terms of Competition and Additional Information

 

Eligibility:  Each team shall consist of four female golfers from a West Virginia Golf Association Member Club and have a certified USGA Handicap at that course.

 

Registration: All contestants must register and pay in advance for each tournament. Entries may be paid for via online registration. Entries must be received by July 29, 2026.  

 

Entry Fees: $350 per team. This includes practice round, cart, range fees and lunch.

 

Championship Dates: Monday, August 3.

 

Tee Times: Shotgun start beginning at 9:00am.

 

Format: The WV Women's Intra State Championship is a 18-hole stroke play championship.

 

Practice Round: Practice rounds are scheduled for the date of Sunday, August 2. Please call Creeskide Golf Course at (304) 522-1010 register for practice round. Players may schedule their practice round on other days but are subject to host site availability and VIP Card fee.

 

Withdrawal Policy: In the event of a tournament withdraw; the player must notify the West Virginia Golf Association Office at 304-391-5000 no later than one week prior to the tournament. If withdraw is made prior to tournament deadline, the player may receive a refund regardless of reason less a $20 administrative fee. For a withdrawal made after the entry deadline, the player may receive a refund only if player has experienced a sudden illness or injury, and only if the West Virginia Golf Association is notified prior to the first round of the tournament.
