Thank you for your entry into the 36th Oregon Women’s Stroke Play Championship, June 30–July 2, at the OGA Golf Course. Attached you will find your pairing and starting time for the first two rounds on Tuesday, June30 and Wednesday, July 1. Upon completion of Wednesday’s round, the field will be repaired by gross score (within each division) for the final round, on Thursday, July 25. To obtain your final round pairing information please visit our website at www.oga.org. In addition, Players should expect to receive a text message and/ or email with their starting time for Thursday’s final round. If you would like to receive a text message with your starting times, please log into your OGA Tournament profile and make sure that your cell phone information is updated.
Tournament Information and Results: Will all be provided digitally on the OGA’s website or through the Golf Genius, GGID: 26OWSPC.
Practice Range: The driving range will be open each day during the championship. Complimentary warm up range balls will be made available to contestants prior to each round, courtesy of the OGA.
Cart Reservations: Contestants in the Open Division must walk at all times during a stipulated round. Contestants in the Senior Division may use automotive transportation. Cart fees must be paid to the club at the time of rental. As a reminder, please follow any cart path restrictions posted by the OGA Golf Course.
Course Yardage: Please see attached course yardage sheet. Yardages are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

Caddies: The OGA GC will not have caddies, players may bring their own.
OGA Pace of Play Guidelines: will be in effect during the championship. Pace of play guidelines will be available before each round at the starter’s tent and are also posted on the OGA website at www.oga.org.

Score Posting: will be done by the OGA for each round after the championship has been completed. The OGA will post each player’s adjusted score to GHIN as a tournament score, for handicapping purposes.

Cancellations: It is extremely important that you contact the OGA office as soon as possible if you are forced to withdraw from the championship. We expect all entrants to complete their rounds and fulfill their playing obligations.
