Format: 18 holes of individual stroke play
Starting Times: Tee times beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Qualifying Positions: TBD
Alternate Positions: TBD
Walking Only Event: The U.S. Open and its qualifiers are walking only events, players may carry their bag, use a pull cart, and/or have a caddie.
Mobile Scoring: Players will score on their cell phones using the Golf Genius App. Please CLICK HERE to view the mobile scoring instructions.
Driving Range: The driving range will be made available by 8:00 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.
Practice Round Information: Tee times are subject to availability during May 1st - 6th only. Tee times can be made by calling the golf shop at 307-856-4779. Pricing: $50 course fee, $25 cart fee, range included. Identify yourself as a qualifier participant to receive this pricing.
Player Food: Player food will be the responsibility of the player.
Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores for all amateur players. |

USGA Policies & Local Rules in Effect |

Distance Measuring Devices: During Qualifying rounds, the use of electronic distance-measuring devices to measure distance is allowed (subject to certain requirements). However, during the Championship Proper, the Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect and prohibits the use of electronic distance-measuring devices. Model Local Rule G-5.
Green Maps: Please note that any green reading materials must adhere to the 2023 updated standards.
Prohibiting Use of Audio and Video Devices: During a round, a player must not listen to or watch content of any nature on a personal audio or video device (G-8).
Replacement of Broken or Significantly Damaged Club: Model Local Rule G-9 is in effect.
Clubs: Grooves - Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-3.
Footwear: It is a condition at all qualifying sites unless otherwise indicated by an asterisk on this entry application that shoes with traditionally-designed spikes (regardless of composition, i.e., ceramic, plastic, etc.) or spikes, regardless of design, comprised either entirely or partially of metal (if such metal may come in contact with the course) are prohibited during the stipulated round.
